Paradise Coast Development has released plans for the Montserrat, the fourth in a series of new coastal contemporary style residences by the custom builder in the Bonita Springs area.
Located just west of U.S. 41, the Montserrat will be close to area shopping, dining and entertainment and only a 2-mile bike ride to Barefoot Beach. The residence will also be convenient to Naples and Fort Myers via U.S. 41 or Interstate 75. This model will feature 2,684 square feet of living space and 3,701 total square feet with an open, airy great room floor plan.
